Added Value Services
With Langley you can take advantage of a range of added value services to support your project though the consultation, design and installation process and beyond. Langley’s service-led approach is quite unique and supports our goal of creating ‘roofs for life’.
An intelligent asset management service of your portfolio, providing professional support from initial survey through to aftercare.
Our guarantees set the benchmark within the industry, with a range of single-point Independent Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG) of up to 30 years. This covers design, workmanship, product and consequential loss.
Led by customer insight, we start the design process collaboratively. The correct systems will be selected to ensure optimum performance, compliance and sustainability.
Throughout the project our Technical Management Team will liaise with the Client and Roofing Contractor to ensure that the roofing system has been installed correctly and safely by suitably trained installers.
Health & Safety
Our dedicated Safety Health Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Management Team ensures that our processes within SHEQ are compliant and safe working practices are audited and carried out.
Our roofing designs are fully compliant with all required regulations and form part of our guarantee. From survey, through design and to installation consistent checks are made to ensure total compliance.
Aftercare & Maintenance Services
Our Aftercare Team manage all customer care issues throughout the guarantee period including leaks and general assistance. We take responsibility for managing any roofing issues directly, acting as a single point of contact from ‘cradle to grave’.
Condition Surveys & Disrepairs
Our flat roof stock condition surveys ascertain the condition and expected lifespan of your portfolio. Properties are reviewed based upon their repairs schedules and lifecycle to prioritise and programme. Our fast action disrepair offer accelerates this process to reduce resident disruption.
Approved Contractor Network
In addition to the Langley Approved Contractor Network, Langley requires the installer to have suitable knowledge and experience to be a qualified Langley Approved Installer, ensuring a quality installation by a professional contractor.
