Flat to pitched conversion

Flat-to-Pitched roofing conversion is an excellent way of regenerating an estate or building.

The process involves constructing a new pitched roof over the existing structure using a lightweight metal frame and profiled metal tiles, slates, or tiles. The pitched roof is also suitable for the installation of photovoltaics and battery storage systems can be installed within the new roof void.

Langley provides an end-to-end service from conceptual design through to installation with the help of our approved contractor partners.

Supporting your project

Langley has an in-house design team comprising of structural engineers and CAD designers experienced in lightweight frame technology to provide a complete design solution. Lightweight frame design offers speed of installation, which reduces site disruption.

Importantly, the final product will enhance the asset value when incorporated within an estate regeneration programme, as well as an uplift in property value.
