Bowes Road – New Southgate
Making social housing more efficient and pleasing to the eye, using the FTP system to lower costs and raise building standards. As part of a wider refurbishment project to improve aesthetics and services in the local area, Enfield Council employed Playle and Partners LLP to manage regeneration works.
Innovative vertical build increases living space by 22%. Built in Hertford in the 1990s, Network Homes’ Colebrook Court provided 14 one-bed flats to the area for years, but local population growth prompted a need for larger, affordable family homes to deliver greater value to residents.
