Langley Training Services (LTS) is a Social Enterprise within the Langley Group, dedicated to delivering high-quality training across roofing, retrofit, and health & safety. Training sits at the heart of our organisation, driving skills development, supporting career progression, and actively contributing to the improvement of industry standards while creating meaningful social value. Operating in line with Ofsted, ESFA, CITB, and NOCN standards, we consistently achieve strong outcomes for both individuals and employers.
Our expert trainers, all experienced industry professionals, deliver programmes up to Level 6 through flexible approaches including remote learning, on-site assessment, and block apprenticeship delivery. This ensures accessible, practical, and high-impact training that equips learners with the skills needed to excel and helps raise standards across the sector.

Training the industry with real world skills
Langley provides training at every level, delivered through our government-backed apprenticeships, NVQs, CPDs and short courses. Our courses are delivered by a highly qualified team of trainers, each bringing over 35 years of industry experience. Training is practical and hands-on, and continuously updated to reflect the evolving needs of the industry.
We are proud to support over 70 apprentices learning their trade through the academy at any one time.
Training can be delivered at one of Langley’s training centres, on-site, or at your premises.

Our industry partners
At Langley, we are proud to be at the forefront of the industry working with key associations and partners. We are committed to ensuring the courses we deliver are regularly updated, in line with industry standards and changes.
Our courses offer a unique opportunity for operatives, managers, supervisors, and other key roles to learn from highly qualified and experienced industry trainers.
We sit on influential groups — such as LRWA (Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association) and the NFRC (National Federation of Roofing Contractors), which have initiatives such as Safe2Torch and RoofCert.
We continue to extend our training offering to include both industry known and Langley bespoke courses.
